I find it interesting how we are able to map out
distinct personality traits based on a written test.
I understand that this can be helpful in certain circumstances;
however, can a mere piece of paper accurately describe us?
There are days when I am
an introvert | a thinker | a pessimist.
And also moments when I'm
an extrovert | a talker | a spunky-sista'.
I guess in the end, we are all directly affected by our environment.
The social and cultural forces that shape the life of a person.
Insert environmental side note here:
Yesterday, I was discussing the notion of developing hybrid tanks!
(For those unique individuals who are pro-environment AND in favor of the right to bare arms!)
Can anyone say juxtaposition? A little bit louder now.
EXTROVERT:
Recently I read the quote
"live in the now"
and for some reason it stuck with me.
This is it. There are no do-overs, no re-runs.
Each day is unique- so do something. Create. Dream. Think.
Try something new.
Challenge yourself.
Experiment.
'Tedium and boredom are patterns of thought, not circumstance.'
Wake up.
INTROVERT:
There are days when I feel like all I need is my computer and my bed.
It's not my fault that sometimes
I have more fun hanging out with my laptop than an actual human.
I need to stop analyzing so much; simplicity is key.
